Every bug report becomes a regression test before it becomes a fix. Every regulatory update you cite gets checked against the source and shipped within a business day or two. Every “I wish this calculator also did X” gets triaged.

For the fastest turnaround
When reporting a bug, please include:
- The calculator page URL.
- The exact inputs that reproduce the issue.
- The number you got vs the number you expected (with source).
- Your browser and OS if it’s a UI issue.
That’s enough context for us to write a failing test the same day we read your email.
What not to send
- Tax advice questions. We are not CAs or advisers. Please see the financial disclaimer — consult a qualified professional for individual circumstances.
- Personal financial information. Do not email us your PAN, bank statements, or salary slips. We don’t need them and we don’t want them.
Response time
We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days. Calculation bugs and regulatory misses are prioritised above everything else.
